• Enable Payment Gateway
  Settings > Checkout
• Set Shipping & Handling
  Settings > Shipping: Shipping address, Shipping rates
• Set Taxes
  Settings > Taxes
• Set Domains in Shopify
  Settings > Domains
  
• Set Timezone

• Create 301 Redirects
  Navigation > Add URL Redirect

• Remove public site password protection

• Create DNS records pointing at the store
  Create A record for apex domain -> IP provided by Shopify
